Most receivers rarely send these; safe to leave blank.

pct= enforcement percent

When moving to reject, try 10–50% first.

r=relaxed, s=strict. Most setups keep relaxed.

Queries leave from this Linux server, not your ISP DNS. Free. Cached answers can differ for a short time.

DMARC Generator fields

Start with p=none + rua; move to quarantine/reject when sources align. No quota used.

How to use DMARC Generator

Pick a policy chip, rua/ruf addresses, and optional pct/alignment; the tool emits v=DMARC1; …. DMARC Checker only looks up an existing record.

DNS name must be _dmarc.example.com as TXT. Do not put it on the apex. For third-party rua, check _report._dmarc on the RUA / Inbox tool. This generator is free forever.

Where do I publish?

_dmarc.example.com as TXT. Apex or www is the wrong place.

Is ruf required?

No. Most receivers skip forensic; rua is enough.

What is pct?

Percent of mail the policy applies to. 100 is full enforcement.

Same as Checker?

No. Checker reads the existing _dmarc record; creation lives on this Generator page.

Prefix?

Type dmarcgen: in the super box.

What does BIMI need?

Usually quarantine or reject DMARC. See BIMI / MTA-STS for logo/VMC.

RUA XML history?

Paste on the DMARC RUA page; members can save (Account → DMARC).
